Create a database. A database is a collection of information that you put in a table or chart. Select fifteen African countries. For each of the countries, find the following facts:

area (square miles)
capital
population
type of government
major source of income
After you have compiled the information, make a table or chart with columns. List the countries vertically on the left side. Make five columns to the right of the countries. Place the information you have gathered in each column. Using a visual form is a good way to understand and organize a large amount of information.

Upload your completed chart about fifteen African countries. Be sure to include the area (square miles), capital, population, type of government, and major source of income for each country.
