Art can be many things, but mostly art is way to express yourself and your feelings or opinion towards something. If someone is feeling silenced, they can always draw or create a beautiful peice of art that expresses what they want the world to know. Art is not just drawing, art can be many things. Even peices of shirveled up paper. As long as it represents something, it is art.
