I really need help writing a song, any help would be appreciated: from a topic idea to perhaps a storyline, help?

Explanation:

Something that helps me write is to stop, and take a good look around me. Think about how I feel, what has happened, etc.

Right now, if it were me, I would write about something bitter. Something that seems good for you, but is covered in throns. Like a rose. Or maybe something similar to posionous love? Something that you get so caught up in that you dont really realize that it is bad for you.
