Please help if you know How To Write Rhythms/counts

Well i might get reported for putting this out here buutt why do we all have to bow down to a greater being? yes i accept that there is someone higher that keeps most people going but for me its like something to throw to keep one in their what is the purpose of a religion and why do they always throw that if one dosent obide by the lord he will shun them?

Is it good to listen to rap all of the time or should i try listening to more music?
