Economists tend to speak of value as a subjective thing, whereas philosophers like to talk about values in the objective sense. Like rights, for example, are something that everybody has to have. There's no such thing as human rights if it's not true that all humans have them. That's as objective as it gets.

1 - since it's a library, i'd like putting a sculpture from ancient greece, probably from the hellenistic epoch.

2 - i'd also like the statue to be from a famous person from that time, a philosopher of possible.

3 - i'd want the statue to be of a man sitting down on a tree stump with a book on his hands (either writing or reading), to demonstrate the love for reading.

4 - i'd also like to have the statue with a darkish colour and high contrast, as well as a statue that resembles balance and a little movement on his head if he is reading or on his hand if he's writing.
