I would say it is, b, since computer animation is definitely the fastest and specific out of all of them. Plus it is cost efficient because you can buy a computer and a program then use it every time you want to make an animation. Unlike with the others, say stop animation, you need to hire equipment like camera's and possibly a crew to help out.
