Can someone please tell me how to fawking do this

For concentration- you could really try to put yourself into the character, try and think how would my character react?, think about body language, tone, etc

For goal setting- try and set a goal such as being memorized with your lines at a certain time, or to list some personality traits of your character.(any goal really be creative !)

Iistening- if you have a scene with another character listen to the other characters lines and figure out you would react. For example if the other character gets mad at you , and your character is had a temper , then you should sound angry yourself. Or you can record yoursef and watch your body language and sound to make sure you sound in character.

Self discipline- try to set goals for yourself strive to do your very best, think of stuff you could have done better,for example I could have show more eye contact.

Self reflection- highlight what you did good and what you could have done better, self reflection and discipline are kinda similar.
