Why do you think music is so prevalent in our lives?

Music can raise someone's mood, get them excited, or make them calm and relaxed. Music also, this is important, allows us to feel nearly or possibly all emotions that we experience in our lives. The possibilities are endless, really. You can change someones life by listening to music. whether loving romantic music or rock, jazz, something that you would feel that would improve your mood. That's kind of my theory and opinion on it because listening to music (like i am right now) helps me focus, and improves my mood when I am depressed. It is a reliever in stress, and brings me comfort...A lot more comfort then others would realize. I feel safe when listening to music. like it is my safe spot on the earth we live in today, even with all this corona-virus and violence, and harsh language going around, listening to music helps me block it out.
