Also asking questions to the reader can put them in a state of deeper reflection and maybe even nostalgia if the right questions are being asked. Nature could be animals taking care of their young, fresh flowers blooming, and the scent of the earth after fresh rain. So many more things like canoeing, swimming with friends, and eating ice cream outside on a hot day. Add in things like apple trees growing for your grandmas apple pie, or even a small nest of birds that are just starting to hatch. ask your audience what smells bring them back home, maybe the smell of fresh strawberries or flowers. Maybe it’s the smell of the rich soil. Put yourself in the picture as if you were directly looking out into the garden, what do you see?
