¿Qué mensajes de los programas o de la publicidad de la televisión consideras
que pueden limitar tu autonomía?, ¿por qué?

First, is important to know that we are talking about autonomy and not general freedom. That being said, tv programs such as auditorium programs, series, documentaries, movies and such can give us a sensation of dependency, of needing another to do something that otherwise we should be doing ourselves. Maybe an ad selling a product with the message that we can't do that task alone and need that product to do it, a tv program selling that idea that we need to marry in order to have someone to help with something, or even government propaganda telling us that he takes care of us, that otherwise, we would not survive. That massages, opposite to the do it yourself messages, can limit our autonomy.
