i will be honest. and this will have alot of spelling mistakes so bear with me i get really frustrated when i have to type slow and i end up just giving up, i write as i think

i rate it a 7 out of ten because in my opinion i feel a bit dull looking at it i feel like i am plainly looking at a flat surface with no volue or 3d shape though the flowers to give a tropical escense to it and it sort of lights up the whole picture so i would really recommend that you add a bit more of shading like low lights and highlights and also add more highlights to the shirt and more textures to it because the material the shirt is made out of is unidentefiable i would say if you want a more realistic touch to the face and facial expression dont make the characters face so flat and i mean this in a scense that there are bearly any facial expression lines to it and i must say that i cannot see the eyes very well because of the angle the picture was taken of but make sure the sclera of the eys are not fully white always shade it in a slight bit and also if you have colored pencils get a sober blue colored pencil and slightly very slightly shade only a few of the edges of where the scera starts and the iris ends and where the sclera meets the skin im not sure if you can undrstand me but naturally eye scleras have a slight blue hue to it. i cant say alot about the flowers but dont want you to take alor of info in because it might confuse you overall its a good drawing very pretty lady but in order for it not to look flat you must add alot more detail that the more you practice the more you will develop your own techmiques. i hope this helped
