Some photographers (nature, science, events) shoot photos to capture the physical truths. At the same time some other photographers do more abstract work to present personal truths. The medium of photography can offer either direction. Many also choose to use it to emphasis the grey area of truth and fiction with the use of various tools, traditionally or digitally. In turns, the process could help an individual define and re-define what truth there is for him/her self.
