Is it illegal to draw someone w/o permission in the u. s? specifically drawing a friend of mine for art and i'm not planning to sell it or anything.

No i can promise you it is not illegal so you are okay to draw that person

no unless it is an over rated pg 13 art then you need the permission of the one drawn
