Would you answer honestly if a national crime survey asked you about your criminal behavior including drinking and drug use ? if not why not ?

I would answer honestly for two reasons. One, being that I have never drank alcohol and I have never done drugs. Two, being that there would be no reason to lie, this survey is most likely to help the greater good.
