I feel like it’s circumstantial. You may see someone as good or bad depending on the scenario and how they react to it.
In my eyes a good friend, or rather a good person, is someone (despite the circumstances) is willing to help guide you through things in a very platonic manner because they know you would do the same for them. It’s a mutual relationship. There’s a trust there that you both have build up over time. A bad friend would be someone who wishes to assist you only for their own gain, not to check on your welfare whatsoever

Information on the cost of things, quantitative data has to do with numbers, qualitative data uses details such as taste, appearance, what it looks like etc.
