Having self esteem and self care involves several areas of our life, but most important areas are health, physical and mental health is the principal purposes in our lives to develop a complete self-concept. Taking care of our body means, having a proper nutrition and working out. Taking care of our mind is to set goals, personal and professional, to spend time with the family, having social interactions.

Doing all this, we will build a strong and healthy self-concept.
