Can someone calculate the transformation efficiency? Cos' I don't know what I am doin. T^T Volume of calcium chloride: 250 μL
Volume of plasmid solution: 10 μL
Concentration of plasmid solution: 0.12
Volume of LB nutrient broth solution: 250 μL
Volume of transformation sample transferred to the agar plate: 100 μL
