As social individuals we are directly impacted by the environment external to us, interaction with other people, by work, by the desire for professional development, but we often fail to realize our real essence in favor of the time spent with daily tasks today , society's expectation and not our own choices.

 Therefore, there is a need to develop our own skills and seek self-knowledge, which will be essential for better management of emotions, choices and personal satisfaction. For the development of internal leadership it is necessary that the individual understands his emotions and seeks to be guided by his experiences and perceptions of the world.
