What helps you to not get distracted from online work since you have a computer that is unlocked to everything?

Take breaks in between of you doing work. Let’s say you do non stop work for 30 minutes or so - take a short break to do whatever you want then get back to doing more work. You’ll start to treat it as a reward for completing your online stuff. Although it comes down to will power at the end of the day.
